Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if they:
- Are damaged during delivery
- Arrive defective
- Are incorrect items
- Meet our return eligibility requirements
Products should be returned in their original condition whenever possible.
Return Request
Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable reasons. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the relevant product pages where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
